SmartWave 1500

The SmartWave 1500 is an advanced industrial IoT module that uses G.hn Wave-2 Technology for high-speed data transmission over DC power lines up to 48V. Furthermore, with its advanced data processing capabilities, it provides reliable and flexible connectivity in even the most demanding industrial environments.
In addition, the module integrates Wi-Fi/Bluetooth via an Espressif SoC, allowing remote configuration adjustments, control of two motion motors, and lighting adjustment via an LED board controlled by the same SoC.
With two Gigabit Ethernet ports and a compact design, the SmartWave 1500 ensures versatile, stable performance across a wide temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). As a result, it is perfectly suited for IoT-driven industrial applications.

The SmartWave 1500 is a next-generation module specifically designed for industrial applications that require high-precision video capture and transmission. Notably, this advanced device supports the connection of up to two Ethernet cameras, which can be adjusted seamlessly via two motion motors. These motors are controlled by an Espressif SoC, which also manages an additional LED board.
Furthermore, the module integrates Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, thereby enabling remote system configuration and adjustments. Consequently, this versatile functionality establishes the SmartWave 1500 as an ideal solution for demanding industrial environments.
Utilizing G.hn Wave-2 Technology, the SmartWave 1500 captures and transmits high-quality video over PLC (Powerline Communication), effectively eliminating the need for additional cabling. By leveraging power lines up to 48V for data transmission, the device simplifies installation in industrial infrastructures. In turn, this approach enhances both transmission speed and stability, especially when compared to previous G.hn Wave-1 versions.
Moreover, all SmartWave 1500 devices on the same branch share the same power/transmission line, where a LineWave 1500 effectively manages centralized data transmission to the server via an Ethernet connection. Additionally, each branch employs LineWave Filter to isolate data transmissions between branches, thereby ensuring signal stability and high-quality performance.
